Young children (2-5 years of age):
Start with one Smidge spoonful daily with a meal.
Older children (5-12 years of age):
Start with one Smidge spoonful and increase to 2 spoonfuls daily with a meal.
Teens and Adults:
Start with one Smidge spoonful and increase to 3-4 spoonfuls over time, best at mealtime.
For advanced use- use up to 6 spoonfuls daily-work up to this amount slowly.

General notes to keep in mind:
Be mindful of any changes in your body. Signs that you are taking too much of the probiotic show up as cold or flu-like symptoms: muscle achiness, fatigue, brain fog, difficulty sleeping. They are called die-off symptoms.
Other symptoms to look out for that can be especially prevalent in children are skin flareups or rashes (eczema, cradle cap, or acne), difficulty concentrating, and bowel movements changes.
Remember that any probiotic will only be as effective as the diet that it's paired with, so do be sure to stay away from processed foods and refined sugar and flour. Do consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before adding any supplement to you or your family's regimen.
