Sensitive individuals: 1 capsule daily, may increase slowly if needed
Adults: 4 capsules daily *as a general recommendation we suggest starting out with 2 capsules and work up to 4 daily- take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon
Athletes: 4-8 capsules daily *starting with 2 daily and work up to the desired dose based on activity
Children over 5: 2 capsules daily * starting with one capsule and work up to 2 daily
Under 5 years old: Not recommended as it can cause excitability
The capsule may be opened up and added to smoothies, yogurt or applesauce
