Probiotics ship Monday-Wednesday using a 2-day service. Please have your probiotic orders in by 1:00pm Wednesday in order to receive it by Friday.
Overnight shipping is available at check-out, this service is Monday-Wednesday also.
Note: Holidays may interrupt service time.
Smidge® probiotics are freeze-dried, so they hold up well to warm temperatures. Ice packs are not needed for shipping.

We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on various factors.
Our goal is to get your package to you in the most efficient manner using the most cost-effective method. The average shipment should arrive between 4-10 days.
Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.
Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
