Smidge Morning Magnesium is a unique blend of magnesium in easy to absorb capsules.
Adults: 4 capsules daily. We suggest starting with 2 capsules and work up to 4 daily, if needed.
(You may also take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon.)
Athletes: 4-8 capsules daily. Starting with 2 daily and work up to the desired dose based on activity.
Children over 5: 2 capsules daily, starting with one capsule and work up to 2 daily.
Capsules can be opened and mixed in smoothies, yogurt or applesauce.
Under 5 years old: not recommended as it may cause excitability.

Morning Magnesium should be taken with food. Breakfast or lunch is ideal. Do not take in the late afternoon or evening, as this product may disrupt sleep.
