Kakadu Plum is made from 100% fresh puree of the Kakadu Plum fruit, which is then dehydrated with a gentle drying technique called reflectance window drying. This is a unique method that uses infrared light, rather than high heat, to remove water from food. This method preserves the fruits’ natural vitamin C. It also enables your body to absorb and use the vitamin C, rather than excreting large amounts shortly after consuming the harsh, synthetic additives.
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food.
Children: Ages 2 and up take 1/2 a capsule. Ages 6 and up take 1 capsule.
Pregnant/Nursing: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food.

How to take:
Kakadu Plum should be taken with food and may be swallowed whole with a bit of water. The capsule can also be broken apart and administered in smaller doses. You may sprinkle the powder onto food or into a smoothie.
Warning: Kakadu plums are high in oxalates, which may be risk factors for kidney stones in people at risk of developing them.
